Second higher education

In Ukraine’s developing market, labor market and structural alteration of economy the issue of adaptation became very acute for those specialists with higher education to be able to work in transforming market economy and growing competition.

Second higher education at Vinnytsia National Technical University was implemented back in 1994, after receipt of the respective permit from the Ministry of Education of Ukraine No 7 dated January 13, 1994 and the government license for granting educational services.

Since that time we’ve trained c. 2000 second higher education specialists who found respective jobs and are contributing to the development of Ukraine.

At present as per license of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Vinnytsia National Technical University provides second higher education under the following specialties:

• 7.092303 "Technology and equipping of renovation and machine durability improvement"
• 7.092203 "Electro-mechanical systems of automation and electro-drive"
• 7.090603 "Electro-technical systems of power consumption"
• 7.070801 "Ecology and environment protection"

The teaching staff of the Institute of Advanced Educational Technologies comprises 20 ScDs and 70 PhDs.

The Institute of Advanced Educational Technologies has got all the up-to-date equipment to provide for the necessary organization of the teaching process in terms of the second higher education.
